3. Activities:
The Center for Architectural Consulting and Construction Investment is a professional consultancy unit with the following main functions and tasks: performing the research function of construction design in service of state management; study and propose legal documents on construction design as assigned by the National Institute of Urban and Rural Planning (VIUP); scientific research and application deployment of scientific research programs and projects, pre-feasibility and feasible research topics in the field of construction design; study, propose and apply construction design standards and regulations; carry out construction planning consultancy activities, urban design Marketing, construction design of works; construction investment consultancy; cooperation, joint venture and cooperation with domestic and foreign experts, design consultancy organizations in the field of construction planning, urban design and public construction design process of using domestic and foreign capital; coordinate to organize training to share experiences in the fields of construction planning, urban design, construction design as assigned by VIUP
